“When my AC failed in the middle of hot season I started getting quotes from several vendors. None of them had a customer friendly and reasonable quote like Islas Heating & Air did. Jose Islas (the owner) was very helpful. He answered all my questions (and I had many!) with patience and never rushed me into making a decision. He confirmed in his written quote to make the installation following all California codes, including HERS Testing as well as pulling a permit. He provided the official AHRI certificate for the combined Evaporator Coil, Condenser, and Furnace for the York system we purchased. Today HERS Testing independent inspector gave Islas installation a 10 out of 10. Everything was done according to the code. Being a new business owner, Jose and his partner David, are highly recommended to anyone who needs to replace or repair their existing systems. I must also point out that Jose's quote was very reasonable (unlike all the other companies I got a quote from). A professional company from beginning to end. Thank you Jose & David!”
