About

James C Jaime runs an HVAC operation based in Brooks County, Texas. The trade centers on keeping cooling systems working in a part of the state where summer heat hits hard and stays for months. Local homes rely on steady air conditioning to stay livable, and dust from the surrounding land plus occasional humidity spikes put extra strain on equipment. Jaime handles the day to day demands that come with serving residents who need their units ready before the worst weather arrives. Common calls involve older systems that have run nonstop through previous seasons and need attention before they quit altogether.

Work covers fixing failed compressors, replacing thermostats that no longer hold settings, cleaning coils clogged by fine Texas dirt, and installing complete new setups when repairs no longer make sense. Jobs often start with a quick assessment of the whole system including ducts and outdoor units exposed to sun and wind. Crews move fast to get air moving again during the hottest stretches, using standard tools and parts that fit the brands most common in Brooks County homes. Maintenance visits focus on preventing breakdowns rather than waiting for a total failure in the middle of a heat wave.

Homeowners keep coming back because the repairs last through heavy use, the prices stay reasonable without surprise add-ons, and the explanations about what needs fixing come straight and clear. Speed on emergency calls and consistent quality on both small fixes and bigger replacements stand out across the feedback. The same points show up whether the job is a routine tune-up or a full system swap. DIRT Score 5.0 from 384 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

Our first time here and we will definitely be coming back. Such a nice chill, relaxing place and so many great ppl and staff. Thank you Jaime (owner) for putting such a place so our Raza can come to unite and have such a great time. So much great music

Great place to hangout with friends. People are so friendly and welcoming here. The owner is an amazing person with a love for his establishment and neighborhood. Definitely recommend 👌..

Have a great time every time I go either enjoying the music, dancing, and fun, or watching the spurs win! Very comfortable and welcoming, feel like among family. Bar is cute and good value, the food truck food is so good and hits the spot!

Decent open air layout spot right off the road. If the area's busy, parking is a nightmare. DJ we had for the night had the music so loud you could barely hear the person right in front of you. Food options are two food trucks, one on the premises, & one was across the street. If you like dancing & big crowds, you'll probably like this place. It was a bit much for me, as I don't like country blaring at max volume & having to deal with people smoking at their tables while I'm trying to eat.

Cute and fun spot for family gatherings or night to just go hangout, cool that you can bring children and food in. The door man and owner are very nice, I think they do a great job making sure people get to their cars safely. Fun environment. Feels like home. No complaints.
