“Juan Lopez was professional, kind, and straightforward. I had our house AC go out in the middle of the afternoon, got help from a neighbor and then called JFlow. He responded to my call, guided me to give him feedback on what was going on, and provided me with updates. When he arrived, he instantly started looking for the issue and explained everything along the way. As a new homeowner with zero knowledge of AC units, he was very patient with me and cracked a few jokes.
