“The guys from Jerry's were fast and punctual. I had my old AC (gas pack) fail after 18 years and the technician came out and offered some good advice and quality explanation as to my AC issue. Being screaming hot outside and inside, I decided to bite the bullet and replace the unit. The initial visit was on July 1st (Friday) and they had my new unit installed by 1PM on July 4th (a rarity to have service on the holiday). Nice guys and very competent, I was impressed with their work ethic and knowledge. The price was reasonable considering the inflated prices we endure these days and the unit works well. They did me a favor and checked over some loose ductwork, repaired it and that's a big deal since my crawl space is tight. I'm a convert from another reputable that is more expensive and can never seem to "work me in". So skip the "Buy-rum" from Marshville and get better service and value from Jerry's. I'm happy I found them. Follow up: I'm saving so much money on electricity and natural gas that I think my investment in a new gas pack will pay out within two years. I'm amazed, and that's crazy talk from a guy that lives for statistics. This is awesome.”
