“My appointment was scheduled through my home warranty company so I coukd not chose who I got. My window of service was from 1-5. I called around 2 and was told they would be closer to the end of the window. It is now 6:40 pm and no one has called or showed and they are not answering their phone. My self and my dogs are in the home with no AC and the house is 92 degrees. I would have application if they weren't going to make it today they at least ad8vsed my home warranty company so the they could find me someone else yo get out here.”

“We have been so pleased with the service of Mr Ace Mechanical. Our warranty company sent them and our entire AC had to be replaced. It was done quickly and efficiently. There was another problem after and it was not covered by the warranty but Mr Ace worked with us on the price and made the repair fast because it was June and the temp was rising. We even asked them to come install two Mini-splits for us and they went above and beyond to fix some other issues with the electrical and did not charge any more than what they had originally quoted.
