As approximately 75–80% of the work involved civil design, our coordination with Parra Civil Engineering played a critical role in the project’s success. Parra Civil’s timely delivery of drawings ensured that Alamo Colleges was able to move forward to bidding without delay. Construction was recently completed in just eight months, four months ahead of the projected substantial completion date. This accelerated schedule was achievable because of the strong coordination and communication between the civil team, architectural design team, and the contractor. Throughout construction, whenever supplemental information or clarification was required, Mr. Di Loreto and his team consistently provided detailed sketches and direction that kept work progressing without interruption.
