About
Port Authority of San Antonio operates out of San Antonio, TX as the outfit managing the 1900 acre Tech Port campus that serves aerospace, defense, logistics, manufacturing and related fields. Their work includes HVAC upkeep across industrial buildings, leased spaces and nearby residential spots where tenants run everything from robotics outfits to training facilities. The setup connects directly to the local economy with over 80 customers employing 19000 people and generating billions in activity. Crews handle the demands of a large mixed use site that includes an industrial airport and foreign trade zone, keeping systems running amid the constant flow of operations and expansions.
They focus on maintenance for HVAC equipment in commercial and industrial properties along with property oversight that covers repairs and permitting needs. Work often involves keeping cooling systems reliable for expanding businesses like the robotics firm that grew three times in three years on site. Crews also support logistics buildings and tenant spaces near Lackland where access to highways matters for quick response. Homeowners and companies in the area deal with the same setups for townhomes and apartments that sit minutes from downtown with routes along Highway 90 and Interstate 35. Service calls tie into the broader upkeep of the campus that includes fixed base operations and structured cabling alongside climate control.

What Customers Say
“We lease from Port SA and have been so impressed with the way the leadership and staff are following through on a magnificent vision for this burgeoning hub of industry in San Antonio. It is a great fit for our growing robotics company that has needed to expand three times in our three years here.”
“Great people and companies making San Antonio a major tech hub!”
“Affordable townhomes and apartments. Minutes from downtown with easy access to Hwy90, 151, and I35. Definitely would recommend for anyone looking to rent near Lackland, Port San Antonio, or anyone wanting to live just outside of downtown. Jets make noise but it is a relatively quiet area.”
“Hidden Gem of the West Side.. This area is great to run in or walk. I park at Kennedy Park and go south on Gen McMullen towards Port San Antonio. In the afternoons not much traffic at all and is always a good breeze. The Jets and Old Airplanes are nice on McMullen and Billy Mitchell.”
“I have never met a friendlier bunch of people! They are passionate about technology and seem eager to share! Looking forward to getting to know more about Port San Antonio”
