“This is the best HVAC company I’ve ever had, I have been working with them for a year now and Mr. Damian is very Knowledgeable and confident in his work. He is determined too meet standards and was super supportive in a stressful situation for me. I was very thankful and lucky to have been introduced to this company.”

“This is a team of professionals. Reliable, technically proficient and knowledgeable. I reviewed and interacted with 4 different HVAC companies who stated over the phone they provided services on MrCool only to be informed by two of these companies when they arrived onsite; they didn’t service by the tech and expected a site/estimate fee. When questioned they attempted to hide behind poor communication by their service personnel. I didn’t pay so beware of HVAC scams. Damien was forthright and stated they provided services and a flat reasonable fee. Two of these other HVAC companies quoted very high estimates and when I requested a breakdown of cost they followed with reply, we had a policy change and do not service. Questionable behavior. Damien and his crew were professional, proficient, and tidy. They performed as promised. Highly recommended after dealing with scammer Large HVAC companies.”
