Joseph, the Technician was prompt to the scheduled start time, wasting no time in a short introduction of himself and the service tiers they offer that fit any budget. Once finished, he quickly and efficiently performed all the various tasks on the preventative maintenance. He even added items that I’ve never seen performed by other Tech’s. He was thorough and efficient. When he was done, he reviewed all his findings and no pressure recommendations.
