“I had AC problems and asked rental company for leak repair. An appointment was made for a Tuesday. I received a text message that appointment had to be rescheduled as the tech called in sick, which is fine. I rescheduled for the next day Wednesday. Then I received a text message stating that no one answered the door. I was sitting waiting for them to show up, they never did then lied saying that I didn't answer the door. I called the tech telling my side of story, he could not be bothered. I would not select this company, only reason this company was selected was because the rental company chose them for repair.”

“Very unprofessional, and dishonest! He states a 1 year warranty on his workmanship but, he doesn't stand behind what he says. He wont even return your phone calls the next day after he takes your money straight to the bank to cash the check! I'm going to try to make a complaint on his license. I just hope the 10 year equipment warranty is good. I can find an honest service co. to do the labor ( at my expense! )”
