“Semper Fi replaced our AC’s two years ago. We had two 5-ton variable speed AC’s installed and what a game changer that was. Massive drop on our electric bill and our house is consistently cool. We just had Semper Fi out to install a two ton mini-split in our garage. They responded super quick, their price was better than everyone else we checked with, and the install was super fast and clean. I should have pulled the trigger on a mini-split years ago. Our garage is 72 degrees now. If you’re a vet, like me, Semper Fi can’t be beat. Semper Fi!”

“Our ac unit was over 20 years old- and last summer was the worst we've ever dealt with. During the hot months, it was between 95 and 103 degrees INSIDE the house!! We bought a portable swamp cooler just to get some relief- it only helped a little. Our dogs didn't even have the energy to bark at noises outside. This year we decided we couldn't go thru that again and called up Semper Fi due to hearing they had a discount for military families. We had our ac replaced in May. The whole process was fairly simple and the person we dealt with was extremely knowledgeable!! ( We even had a "skylight" for a little bit LOL). “My old unit was Forty One years old. My buddy from high school was an hvac guy and he kept it going and taught me how to work one it each time it needed service. Each morning I would open the bathroom window and listen for any issues. Once every year or two I would service it. Ten years ago Semper Fi had an oldest A/C contest...I should have win then, and we would chat about "time yet?" I would tell them "Still icy cold". Last Wednesday the heat quit working and after 41 years I decided not to get on the roof again. Called Semper Fi on Saturday and they could get an estimator over same day. We negotiated on the unit and heat elements and he said they could install it Monday two days later. Really professional installers, perfect install, works perfect. I am VERY impressed. Supervisor Billy came by the next day and installed the filter grate even. I will be their customer for the next 41 years. Goodman R32 heat pump with optional heating "toaster" elements. P.S.: Even the crane guy was on time, used wood to protect the driveway and was super-nice!”

“*UPDATE* After talking with managers Nick and Jacob who moved mountains for me and my family. We are getting a brand new AC unit today (7/11/26). Me and my family appreciate all the hard work and tough decision making that Semper Fi has to go through. I’d recommend Semper Fi heating and cooling to anyone with HVAC issues without hesitation! Again, thank you Semper Fi team for being there for me and my family. Had my A/C unit replaced by them June of 2025. Well, here we are 13 months later and my Unit that costs me a car payment every month doesn’t work. Their remedy for me, my wife, brother in law, 4 kids, and 4 dogs was 1 portable ac unit for 1 bedroom. (Which smells like sewage when in use) and not insulate around the exhaust going out the window which makes the thing more of an heater than cooler. Unacceptable. They said they ordered the part, but can’t tell me when it will be shipped, arrive, install exc. all while telling me I should give them a 5 star review here on google. HA! If I could give half a star I wouldn’t hesitate. Now 3 days later from my original call, house smells like a sewer, I have fish tanks turning green from my house being 95 inside, and still no definite word on when my problem will be solved.”
