“I had to call out Tri- City today on Memorial Day. They set up for a same day appointment and I was blown away with their service and attention to detail. Damien was fantastic and I truly appreciate the same day service on a holiday! I will be a returning customer!!”

“Beware of Tri/City Air and Heating. Overpriced and does not honor free labor and warranty. I don’t know how this company got so many good comments and high marks? I was initially impressed with Mr Garcia’s prompt service calls but then I noticed I was having lots of problems with the two ACs he sold me within a 6 year period. The Goodman was a lemon and I took a loss on that after only 5 years and then he sold me a new 4 ton Carrier in April 2025. It had a lot of humidity problems and the TXV valve stopped working at 11 months. Mr Garcia charged me $450 to replace that😡. Now he gave me the run around on fixing my high humidity problem which he repaired once last summer. He claims it’s already been fixed! I don’t recommend using this company. He will earn your trust and then walk away. Don’t believe those favorable comments and I regret I included mine earlier. I’m sure Mr Garcia will challenge my feedback. That’s his privilege, just like it’s my privilege to post my honest comments. Mr Garcia: hope you read this and enjoyed scamming me. You lost a good customer.”
