“Signed up for their maintenance program in the fall when they serviced my heating units and the technician was great and very thorough. They were due to come out next week for my air-conditioning maintenance visit, but we discovered our AC wasn’t working last night. I called them this morning and they came out by 11 AM! Again the service technician was great, very thorough, professional and quick. The fee for the fix was reasonable and we now have cool air on a 90° day. Would recommend to any of my neighbors.”

“I would give 0 stars if I could..... They came to check on my furnace as a routine check. They said all was well and left.... upon turning the heat back on a few hours later....no heat... Called company and they sent their tech back out... He forgot to reconnect something which caused the blower motor to fail. They replaced the blower motor and left. A couple days later it stopped working and we called White Heating again to come out and fix whatever it was that they did. The company then told us they do not normally work on the brand of furnace I have and would not be coming back to fix the issue they created. Then why did they originally do the maintenance in the first place? Called another company who I recommend ( A Comfort Service ) who told us the blower motor had been installed incorrectly. DO NOT USE WHITE HEATING & USE ANYONE ELSE IN THE WORLD !!!”
