“Wilks came highly recommended to me by a trusted friend Monique who's been using them for 16+years. I called at 7am & was able to talk to the friendly scheduler who, to my surprise, told me she'd have a technician out that very morning! Rick arrived by 8:30am & diagnosed the problem. I appreciate there is no service call fee. Rick clearly outlined repairs & cost before doing the work. I felt it was a fair price. He did a thorough job & made his recommendations for maintenance. He was finished before 11am. After so many bad experiences with HVAC companies through my home warranty company, it was refreshing to work with Wilks. Wilks is my HVAC company from now on. *Bonus: Rick saw a poisonous snake in my front yard & took action immediately to get rid of it.
