“I had a great experience with Reyna Heating and Air Cooling. Claudia was absolutely amazing—she stayed in constant communication, regularly checking in to see if we needed any assistance during the application process. Once we were approved, she remained on top of everything and made sure the installation process went smoothly and that we were well taken care of. The installation team was also very professional, efficient, and respectful of our space. Overall, this was a seamless experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Reyna Heating and Air Cooling to anyone looking for reliable and attentive service.”

“I had them install my hvac five years ago and it has been a nightmare ever since. They installed an hvac unit for my parents and it’s still working beautifully but I’m not sure if their service is hit or miss but I got a big miss. When their employees installed it they left trash in my yard, unused pipes, and they had to open parts of my home on the outside to install it and then they never closed it back up. They also left a hole in my ceiling and got plaster everywhere. I called them and they came back to fix all of that (they still left some new trash from that visit Gatorade bottles and stuff like that). Then it started to leak into my house. It is obviously the condensation from the ac not draining properly and I had them come to check it 3-4 times and each time they said there was nothing wrong with it despite seeing the damage the leak was doing. One time they had sent a tech from phoenix to check it and he had been working 12 hours that day I felt so bad for him I offered him water and even made him a sandwich. It wasn’t until the last time (just after my warranty ended) that they “figured out” what was wrong. When you spend over 4000 dollars to get a unit installed you expect them to fix how they installed it not try to charge you 500 dollars after the warranty has ended. When they installed it they pushed me to write a review and I thought I would wait awhile to make sure the ac was fine. I’m just finally writing my review. It does a good job of cooling though so I guess there’s that. 👍🏼”

“My AC went went out on us on a 110 defree day and Caludia was nice enough to lend us a portable unit while she set us up. The installation techs were very well mannered and our sales rep Claudia was very helpful and very good with communicating with us. There was a minor issue with incorrect condenser being shipped but Claudia and her team rectified the issue quickly with no issues or hassle. The whole teams professionalism and overall experience was pleasant. Except for those hot summer days of course this went went vert smooth and quick. Thank you too the whole team at Reyna and a special thanks to Claudia.”
