“I called Sat to report my AC was frosting up! I recv'd a text back from Valerie shortly! These people will not leave you stranded. Oct 2024 my old unit was done. The owner himself brought out a commercial grade freestanding unit to get us by until a new unit could be installed. This unit was installed 10/1/2024. I had changed to a different type of filter and after a thorough inspection, running several tests and the unit not showing any signs of frost developing on the coils with the filters off, Cody thought that the pleated filters i had was using could possibly be making the motor run harder than normal. He suggested a polyester filter! The filter material looks like a mesh of spider webs! So, we'll try that!! The unit was due for a service/maintenance call and that's pretty much what he did. I feel $117 was a very fair price. Darrin. Valerie and Cody will do you right everytime!”
