“I had a seasonal maintenance performed today and the service was excellent. The service technician, Chuck Leonard, was on time and very professional.He completed a through system check, explaining each step as he went along, and suggested some hints to improve the performance of my system. He is very knowledgeable and I will definitely request him for my next service appointment. I completely recommend Excel Air Corporation .”

“My first time using Excel Services. I hired them to diagnose a heater that was not working. I was able to get a next day appointment. The service tech, Christian, arrived promptly, even a few minutes early, which was appreciated. After briefing him on the issue, he got to work. He located the problem (control board) and I approved the repair. Christian was able to locate a replacement part, and performed the repair. He also serviced the filters and screens. All of this was accomplished in under two hours. The system is working properly now. As for price and value, I have nothing to compare it against as Excel was the first company to come out. I did find the cost reasonable and am happy that my elderly Mom's house has heat once again. I appreciated Christian's promptness and professionalism. He is polite, knows his trade, is personable, and made the experience easy to follow step by step. I would not hesitate to hire Excel again for any future needs, and I would certainly request Christian as my service tech. Highly recommended.”

He explained what all was needed and would be done during this visit, and let me know the status of my system and made the necessary tweaks to make sure everything was running at optimum efficiency. “Such a great company from the sales representative to installation crew. Then the office staff coordinating service and the field technicians! We had our new system and full ducting installed last year. We shopped around and after a few quotes they represented a reputable manufacturer for a great value. The office staff have been so accommodating and punctual with scheduling our routine tune ups. The technicians that have come to my home have been so friendly to my family and animals!
