“We had these guys come to our rental property. I rarely leave negative reviews, but these guys really earned it. Their work was extremely sloppy; they left all their trash behind and demonstrated an apparent inability to properly fit the new furnace into the pre-existing ductwork. They left significant gaps between the furnace and the air ducts, allowing heat to escape into the attic. This will undoubtedly impact the utility bills. I am surprised by all the five-star reviews, as our experience was far from satisfactory. We mentioned the problems, and they came out a second time, with little change in work ethic, completed work, or trash picked up. I’ve heard from older clients and residents in San Marcos that Marvin, the original owner of this business, was very skilled at his job. It seems that things have changed over time, because in our experience, that is no longer the case.”

When the time came for me to consider replacement of my HVAC system, David presented me with multiple options, including the choice of delaying replacement for a while longer. He educated me on different systems (without high pressure sales or fear mongering pitches) and reassured me he was available to answer any questions I had as I researched my options. True to his word, he answered numerous emails/questions with knowledge and patience. And for once, I felt peaceful and confident in my decision to replace my HVAC system at this time, and peaceful and confident in this HVAC company to service and maintain.
