“We originally called Oasis out to diagnose a condenser that failed to start. Chris found problem within half hour and took time to explain what happened. In our case, our compressor was fried from two incompatible fuses (previous homeowner) which made replacing the whole system make more sense. The quote was very fair and we had a fast turnaround, with the system mostly installed on day 1 and finished by middle of day 2 (our home had more complex wiring situation). We opted for an all-electric heat pump since we are on solar. We have noticed how efficient the new system is. It uses half the electricity that our old system did and you can barely hear it. Special shout out to installer Adrian who clearly took pride in the quality of work.”
