“Had a warranty issue come up on a new home we purchased. The Wright AC & Heating installed the unit. Unit works absolutely fantastic 3 months in, but we had an issue with an odor coming from the duct to our master bedroom. We set an appointment up and Billy came out and looked at it at 8am sharp. He was well dressed, clean, and very professional, and did an excellent job explaining what was wrong. He had found the issue very quickly, which turned out to be a very simple issue involving the master bedroom duct that didn't get properly sealed during installation. He showed us before and after pictures confirming he correctly fixed the issue. Im a licensed service plumber and take professionalism in the home seriously, and Billy didn't disappoint in the slightest. He's a great asset to the company. He also got us set up with the bi-annual hvac checkup for $190, which i feel is a great price for peace of mind with our new home. All in all, our first experience with The Wright AC & Heat went incredibly smooth and we had a great experience with Billy.”

“I have been having issue with my AC unit since it was installed DR horton build my home 2025..several service tickets a rude customer service rep Ashley…my AC still not working properly as of today needs probably compressor, start kit. Etc…It has been tripping breaker running without cutting off for hours..have to put another service ticket in thru DR horton warranty dept. I just wish they could just replace unit something wrong with this unit. Please help!!”
