“Bought a RO system from them 2 years ago for $700+. It started leaking. They stated they can't fix it and it needs to be replaced for $900+. They are very professional and offered to discount the parts and labor they used to repair my current unit so that was nice. For toilets, sinks, water pressure valves , water heaters, etc I've had no issues so far but regarding RO systems, its probably better to go with a company that specializes in them.”
