About

Crown Services runs HVAC work out of Kaufman County, Texas, where they focus on heating and cooling for homes and small commercial spots. The region sees long hot summers that push air conditioners hard plus winter cold fronts that test heating systems, so steady repair and replacement work stays common. Homeowners around here often need help with units that quit during peak heat or systems that need updates for older houses. The company covers standard HVAC tasks including straight cool setups, heat pumps, and maintenance plans that keep equipment running through the swings in weather.

They take on air conditioning repair calls, heating fixes, duct sealing, and new construction installs along with water heater service when it overlaps with HVAC lines. Crews handle filter changes, coil cleaning, and indoor air quality upgrades while also offering options like mini splits or packaged units for different property sizes. In practice the outfit shows up for emergency service and routine checks, though reports from people who tried to work there mention sudden dismissals without pay when jobs run short and repeated ignored calls after applications sit for months. One account from Adrian notes repeated attempts to return a missed call only to have the number blocked.

Reviewers point to weak communication and unreliable follow through as ongoing problems that drag down the overall rating, with multiple accounts of applications left hanging and concerns over how supervisors treat staff going unaddressed. These patterns around responsiveness and internal handling explain the lower mark rather than any standout praise on speed or quality of the actual service work. What Customers Say

The most deplorable employment experience I have ever encountered. The company exhibits a profound disregard for its employees’ well-being. They frequently dismiss workers without compensation, citing a lack of available work. Furthermore, the company fails to provide the essential materials necessary for employees to fulfill their responsibilities. Additionally, the company demands unreasonable compensation rates and engages in mass layoffs. The employees are deprived of their fundamental rights. There is a pervasive culture of favoritism within the company, extending to both managers and superiors. The company’s organizational structure is completely disorganized.

Not sure what's going on maybe I'm over qualify for the position. I've had an application in with them for about 6 or 7 months. And I spoke to a lady who said that she would give me a call back and I haven't heard from her since. I keep calling and calling and calling. To the point that I think I have became a stalker now. But I'm almost sure that they have blocked me why I have no idea. And have not given them a reason to. So for me it's safe to say that you're not interested in hard working people who can get the job done and the timely matter good luck to anybody they don't answer the phone And they don't answer the doors.

I worked for them recently for a year and eight months. I do not recommend working here if you are a woman because the amount of Sexual Harassment by Supervisors, Line Leaders goes unreported and dismissed! They value favoritism and nepotism among their leadership roles. They make the unpopular employees work harder and are always disciplined inappropriately! If you drive a Forklift like I did, they have zero opportunities for you to go further up in the company. They treat all their employees like unequal people and the Supervisors are very disrespectful! The company Director named Rick will dismiss all complaints that do not benefit him but will grant special treatment to the young and attractive women there. So this company does retaliate if you file a complaint to their HR or Safety Manager!

I Was Contacted While On a Jobsite and had missed the call, After trying to contact them right back numerous times they completely blocked my number

Very diligent and proactive staff.
