“I have depended on Polar Bexar Air Conditioning for many years for maintenance of my heating/air unit. They have always been professional, dependable, knowledgeable and prompt. They take the time to explain to me what they are doing and why. I don't understand the other reviews, maybe they were meant for another similar sounding company??? If you are in need, do yourself a favor and check them out; I recommend them wholeheartedly!”

“I will be filing a complaint with my home warranty for vendor relations as well as the BBB. Our AC has been out going on 3 weeks. The technician NEVER shows up on time. He arrives at least 3 heours after he notified us of already being on his way. He over promises and tells us our AC will be fixed in specific timeframes and doesn't follow through multiple times. The week our AC is scheduled to be "fixed" he very unprofessionally texts us to let us know that our ordered part was damaged and a new one has to be overnighted which delays our scheduled appointment another day. From our experience thus far we honestly can't believe that the part was actually damaged as stated. The part comes in today and we are passed off to ANOTHER technician who explains that they are too busy to do the job today and will come out tomorrow! This company keeps giving us the runaround. We've tried calling multiple times and have now realized that our calls are intentionally being ignored. I wish I could give this company a negative star review.”

“DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They installed a unit for me 4 years ago and left a bad taste then but when I needed warranty work, they wouldn't stand behind the product because another contractor had discovered the issue. The person answering the phone is not only rude but abrasive and shows no desire to even attempt customer service. They failed to evaluate the return air needs of the system that was installed which made a 5 ton unit function at a much lower capacity, evidently they don't know or don't care if the technical specifications are correct. Additionally, other operational and installation errors were a big part of why we never saw an efficiency gain over the 20 year old unit that was replaced. The scariest part was the amateur wiring job that was a fire hazard, using jumper wires from circuit to circuit.”

“Has nothing to do with the business, however I was visiting a business along this same building, and my fiancé had dropped his phone right outside Polar Bear Conditioning. Long story short our phone was pinging to their location. A lady by the name of Claudia said she did not want to disclose information about the whereabouts of the phone. Contacted Selma Police department and they had the phone.. Please don’t come here they steal property”

“DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!.. If you want rude, unprofessional service you found the place.... Technician came to "fix" our AC, never knocked on the door or rang our doorbell. We had to call to ask what was going on, he said "it was fixed", had tried to let us know but we "weren't at home"... We were here all afternoon watching a movie in plain sight of the front door. The" fix" wasn't and he had to return the next day, four hours late.... He was going to call us with an update after the service, no call, we call the next morning to ask what is going on, very rude - "I've got thirty calls... and if you want another company, fine".... Had to call the insurance company to get an update, he never filed a report.... What a disaster of customer service!!”
