“Would NOT recommend Quarter Moon for HVAC system. They came out to evaluate our system for repairs. They started with the easiest fix and kept adding new things on for repair. Put in an incorrect part and charged us for the extra time to remove and put in correct part. Two+ weeks later we are out $2500+ and system still not working. Given a $12,000 quote for replacement ... After paying them for not fixing.... Not happening!! Very unprofessional in their communication and quoting process.”
