They exceeded our expectations and did a fantastic installation of a new Trane system in our home. The crew prepped the work areas for the job and left our home without a trace. They also dismantled and removed parts of an old legacy system without us asking and at no charge. “Finding a reputable HVAC service company has been a challenge. We had a great local service provider for years. That service provider was then acquired, and then acquired again, finally operating as Service America. On their last visit, Service America advised that I either refurbish both air handlers for approx. $20k, or replace both air handlers and compressors for near to $50k. ACA sent out Glenn, a very knowledgeable and professional HVAC tech. Glenn was absolutely great. Per his assessment, the system is performing at spec, and we may need to replace a couple capacitors in the next 6-12 months. I’m firing Service America. ACA now has my service business. When it comes time to replace equipment, they’ll have my replacement business as well. In my experience, finding integrity in HVAC”
