“amazing job by dan Williams. it's amazing the same company can have variations of quality service technician. I can't say i have had a bad experience outside of some technical monitoring tools that wasn't the fault of larsons. The tech this evening arrived within an hour of calling in a service support request. This could have gone really bad but Larson technician Dan Williams was very educated and very patient with his diagnostics. Opposed to trying to sell the time of year like many hvac companies to take advantage. dan took the time to look at all areas of the issue and ended up saving me from a catastrophic unnecessary cost. impressed both with integrity and patient.”

“I contacted Larson Air after much research (Registrar, BBB etc) looking for a quality AC company. AC Units (4T & 2.5T) are 4 years old. Not maintained well previous 3 years as a rental home. 2.5T was having difficulty starting. Damien, the technician, showed up on time and ready to work. I explained the situation and requested a thorough inspection. Damien took a bit over an hour to thoroughly go through both systems. Damien collected amp draws, in rush current, pressures etc. He had video and pictures. Unfortunately the system was installed by Chaz Roberts (new home buyer beware). Chaz used aluminum freon lines (to save money, notorious for leaks) that they braised/sweated to the copper freon lines running to the compressor.
