Acock Climate Control LLC

Acock Climate Control LLC operates as an HVAC outfit based in Shawnee, TX. They focus on heating and cooling work for homes and businesses across the area, including nearby spots in Oklahoma City and surrounding towns. The crew handles everything from routine checks to full equipment swaps, drawing on practical experience with local systems that deal with Texas heat and occasional cold snaps. Homeowners in this part of the state often face heavy AC loads in summer, so the company keeps crews ready for quick responses to breakdowns that hit during peak weather.

They provide AC repair when units stop blowing cold air, furnace installation for reliable winter heat, and preventative maintenance to catch issues before they worsen. Ductless mini splits get installed in homes without existing ductwork, while commercial HVAC covers larger setups for offices or shops. Financing options help cover bigger jobs like new system installs or tune-ups. Crews show up with the right tools, diagnose problems on site, and complete fixes without dragging things out. Common calls involve compressors failing from constant summer use or duct leaks that raise energy bills, and they address those directly with parts and adjustments suited to the region's conditions.

Customers give high marks for fast response times when systems quit during extreme weather, solid quality on repairs that hold up, fair pricing without surprise add-ons, and clear communication from the first call through completion. Reviews highlight technicians who explain options plainly and stick to schedules. This steady performance across hundreds of jobs builds the kind of trust that keeps the score high. “I have to give a big shout out to one of the guys this morning. I was on Harrison street, and I realized I needed to turn on MacArthur and I was in the wrong lane, and the guy next to me realized that I needed over and he motioned, do you need over? I said, yes, he said, okay, I'll back up. He backup and let me over? That was really, really nice. You don't see a lot of kindness like that anymore. So next time I need there services, I will be sure to give them a call”

“Pedro did an outstanding job of diagnosing my AC problem that was really two problems. One with the AC unit (fan motor) and the other with an interrupter relay (part of emergency generator system) feeding power to the AC unit. I highly recommend Acock Climate for your AC and heating needs! James Adair Edmond, OK”

“Most knowledgeable service providers and Brittany the customer service lady is the sweetest person. Can’t go wrong with this company now several months later Brittany was forced out by the office manager. She was probably afraid that her job would be given to Brittany. Brittany was replaced with another girl who was experienced in this field and she said the work Brittany done and what was asked of her to do was the work of 2 people. The technicians are still wonderful. Updated”

“I recently had the pleasure of working with Acock Climate Control LLC, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism and customer care. From the initial phone call to the completion of the service, everything was seamless. Brittany, in particular, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and walked me through the options in a way that was both informative and easy to understand. The technicians were punctual, efficient, and did a fantastic job of diagnosing and fixing the issue with my HVAC system. The level of care and attention to detail was evident, and I felt confident that my system was in great hands. If you’re looking for reliable, top-notch service, I highly recommend Acock Climate Control LLC. Brittany ma”

“Great experience. They came out on a Saturday and had a great attitude. Had one glitch - that was no fault of theirs - they had to come back out two days later to fix it. They took responsibility, and didn’t charge for the part they replaced the second trip out. Two separate techs, both very knowledgeable. Second guy came out on his day off to fix the problem! Highly recommend.”
