“Hate to say this but plumber replace my uncle toilet that had busted wax , he clean as much as he could with the toilet still on .. plumber didn’t scrape the rest after removing toilet and replaced the new toilet on hardened wax on the floor now toilet rocks .. “I have way too much to say so I will list the top notch service we just had. 1. When they schedule an appointment, they arrive on time. 2. By the time they get there, they already have a plan. And they already have a back up plan in case things don’t go as planned! 3. They are experienced, professional, and very personable, not minding explaining the process to me! We had a large fire hydrant burst in our yard due to all the ice and snow we got. Jessie came out and worked in the pouring rain to get the problem solved.
