“Seeing more than one comment about invoicing. That is the same issue we are having. While quick to respond and get the work done trying to chase down a receipt for over two weeks is crazy. Now they are looking for payment after cash was paid at the time of service. Getting them to answer the phone is one thing and then getting the run around from the receptionist and the owner is a huge turn off. There are so many other people in the game who we can call. Why would I call these people to just be frustrated.”
