“I am so thrilled by the service workmanship and more that was shown by the three man crew that came out here to fix this water leak under this old old home. The break was under huge rocks that had to be moved and they did it and then placed everything back so carefully. Putting water line under huge rocks I know brilliant. They found the leak although it was almost impossible others had tried. But it was not even just the workmanship and service it was The Compassion that they had. This is not my home I look after an elderly lady with Alzheimer's and she went out and started talking to them. They were so kind and patient it brought tears to my eyes. Anyway I would recommend this company to anyone. I don't believe the bad reviews. Looks like people might have had ulterior motives. Not only professional but compassionate. Wow what a combination. Thank you”

“Chad Sieger Plumbers saves the day. Don’t believe any bad reviews. I left a message Sunday then called Monday morning. They arrived an hour later, 2 trucks, 5 guys. I had a bad back up in our pipes in 100 year old home. Couldn’t use toilets, raw sewage in one bathroom, water in basement and gas hot water heater trouble lighting. They had to dig and find the clean out pipe. They found it, unclogged it, flushed the toilets and started our hot water heater all within 1 1/2 hours. They were my hero’s. I’ll use them again.”

“Very professional. Installed a new kitchen faucet with all the bells and whistles. Will and assistant were punctual and clean about the install. Took out old faucet, very knowledgeable about old faucet and the new. Made sure their shoes were clean before they came into the house. Great job.”

“Was recommended this outfit for a job only to be utterly disappointed. The young lady answering phone calls takes your name and number and abruptly tells you a “technician will call you when they’re on the way”…no time, day or even month, then simply hangs up. Two weeks later and still nothing. Good luck to anyone trying to get service, but my quick experience with the company was not impressive.”

“Lady answering phone is not only rude but extremely unhelpful. Would not tell me if or when they could come out. I had to ask her if she would at least take my name and number which she acted like was a major chore. Was not surprised at all when I never got a call from anyone. Asked someone I trusted for a reference for a good plumber and was given this company. Promptly called him and told him it would be in his best interest to NEVER refer anyone to this company due to HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Update: 6/19/19 Six months later and still never heard from them...lol! I did start calling plumbers on Google and finally found RPS Plumbing in GARLAND of all places (we live in Whitesboro and were trying to give our business to a local vendor). They came out and stopped the river from flowing in my front yard from a broken pipe. Thank you Lheia for being kind and helpful on the phone and thank you Jon for fixing our problem so quickly!”
