“I've called Shane multiple times and he has never not come through. I'm a single mom homeowner and don't have a lot of time. It's hard to find people that are honest, fair and knowledgeable. “5 stars isn't enough. I was out of town and my daughters said one our unit for upstairs wasn't cooling the upper part of the house. I reached out to Cool Co and they had someone there the next morning. They got the unit fixed up (so we thought) at an EXTREMELY fair price. Everything was going well until this finicky thing started making the most awful noise. I sent a text to who I believe may be the owner or manager and they were back at my house in less than an hour. Turns out we need some new parts.
