Complete Plumbing, Electric & Air

Complete Plumbing, Electric & Air operates out of Sherwood, TX with a clear focus on HVAC work for local homes. The outfit handles everything from routine maintenance to full system replacements as part of their broader plumbing and electrical services. Notes from their site mention over 55 years in the business, which lines up with the steady demand for reliable cooling and heating in this part of Texas. Homeowners here deal with long summers that push equipment hard, and this crew stays ready to respond when units break down during peak heat. They keep things straightforward, offering a first service call for a dollar to get folks started without extra hassle.

In Sherwood the summers hit hard and air conditioners run nonstop, so these HVAC techs spend most days fixing compressors that quit, replacing worn filters, and installing new systems that hold up through the humidity and temperature swings. They also handle generator tie-ins for backup power during storms and coordinate with their plumbing side when drain issues pop up around condensers. Work usually starts with a quick site check to spot the real problem, then they get parts ordered and the job finished the same day when possible. Local houses often need duct repairs after years of dust buildup or upgrades to handle bigger family loads, and the crew knows the common layouts around town without needing extra trips.

Customers keep coming back because the work shows up on time, holds up through the seasons, and stays priced fair without surprise add-ons. Reviews point to fast response on emergency calls, clean job sites, and clear explanations on what needs fixing next. That combination builds the kind of repeat business that pushes scores this high across hundreds of jobs. DIRT Score 4.98 from 751 reviews on Finds.

“Ryan did the most thorough inspection, went over everything in great detail. Recommendations and quotes were honest and very reasonable. Great service, highly recommend! Mathew inspected the entire heating and a/c system. Same great service as w Ryan. Rick inspected all the plumbing, and gave the most thorough service ever. Can't say enough great things about these guys. Excellent company, they really care about their customers!”

“I was very impressed with Hayden and Joe that came to the house to do an estimate on the work that was needed They were on time they notified me they were on the way I received pictures of the technicians. The technicians were awesome very polite and and genuinely concerned of my problem by asking questions of what was needed and what possibly happened. They were very thorough with the assessment and explained what they would do and the price in which was very very reasonable and told them to do repairs. This company to me appears to be genuinely concerned about their company, employees and most especially customers. To me I gave this company a grade of 100.”

“Joshua Johnson and Leon Harris were so good to work with. They were knowledgeable, pleasant and considerate. They answered all our questions and explained everything that we didn’t understand. Their work ethic was outstanding and we will become repeat customers. Joshua actually gave us an estimate which was our first from any previous plumber over the past 30 plus years with another company. We are very pleased with their work.”

“Where to begin. From the initial phone call to the finishing of the job was nothing short of polite and professionalism across the board. I had a pipe break at my home and was looking for someone to come out not only after hours but also on a Friday evening. The young lady who took my call was very reassuring that they would have no problem sending someone out. Within the hour the young man Adam Cornick showed up at my door. Again, very polite and professionalism across. He let me know from the start that he would assess the situation and do his best to get me up and running again. When I say that Adam not only ran every scenario through his head when something stumped him but he found the solution. If not for Adam’s patience and knowledge I would probably still be without running water. I”

“Super appreciate Sam Ausbrooks! They came in next day to look a waterheater. Fixed super quick, and gave me the rundown on what was wrong. They offered multiple options that were budget friendly! Super happy with the experience!”

“Complete Plumbing, Electric & Air came to our rescue on a Saturday evening when we discovered an HVAC leak coming from our attic. Joseph Tramelli took the time to explain the cause, the repair, and strategies to prevent the issue in the future. We signed up for their membership package, and we plan to stay with the company for all future plumbing, electric, and HVAC needs. Everyone we’ve dealt with is always polite, kind, and helpful. We also used them a couple months ago to cap a gas line and run a new 240v. Pricing has always been fair.”

“Complete Plumbing and Air did a great job overall with the plumbing and electrical repairs that were needed prior to a home renovation that we just completed. I would advise every customer to have a detailed proactive plan on how they want to execute their objectives. Although complete can help, it helps expedite & allow the process to go smoother for both parties. I specifically recommend Leon/Sam on the plumbing side & Ryan/Jeffrey on the electrical side. Great team! Naturally unexpected things will come up, but complete plumbing was definitely a huge resource.”

“Luke and Grayson put in three new circuits, did an excellent job and were very professional during install and accommodating to our busy schedule”

“Great service, communication and knowledgeable. Super helpful, friendly and respectful. I especially liked that he explained everything in plain simple terms that I understood the problem that needed fixed and my options in financing with an easy to read estimate.”

“Grayson, Luke and Jeffrey came and did a complete rewire on my old Hillcrest house. And what a great job they did too. Good communication, professional yet friendly attitude and excellent outcome. I highly recommend this company and their team.”
