Lohnes Heat & Air

Lohnes Heat & Air operates out of Sherwood, AR as a local HVAC outfit handling the full range of heating and cooling work for homes in the area. They cover jobs out to fifty miles from their base and focus on straightforward service for residents dealing with the region's muggy summers and occasional cold snaps. The crew stays licensed, insured, certified, and bonded while offering a thirty day warranty on their work along with a discount for military customers. Homeowners in Sherwood often call them when an old unit starts failing or when they need a full swap during peak heat.

Their services center on HVAC installation for new builds or upgrades, complete replacements when a system wears out, and targeted repairs to fix breakdowns like weak airflow or thermostat problems. Technicians show up ready to diagnose issues on site and get the equipment running again without dragging out the timeline. In Sherwood the summer humidity pushes air conditioners hard, so crews handle everything from routine tune ups to emergency fixes on compressors and coils that quit during the worst heat. They also manage heating equipment when winter arrives and keep systems balanced so bills stay manageable.

Sherwood homeowners face constant strain on their HVAC gear from high humidity and temperature swings that wear parts faster than in drier climates, and Lohnes Heat & Air earns steady marks for showing up on time, finishing the job right the first time, and keeping costs clear from the start. Customers note the crew explains options plainly and sticks to the schedule even on busy days. That consistent approach builds trust across the service area. “He is a wonderful man and professional! He didn’t try and convince me to buy anything I didn’t need, and got my ac fixed so quickly. I had other companies come out for estimates, and they were in the thousands. I was seriously freaking out about how I was going to make It through the summer. I am so happy to find them.”

I am so glad to see family business still care about helping others and not about making a lot of money but Brandon puts God first in his every day life and that is the Reason he will continue to have a successful business!!!! Thank you and so glad I found this Christian family business!!!!”

“Wow! This company gave more than I even knew to ask for when looking for help. I originally contacted them to clean our vents and ductwork. After they looked at our system and listened to me talk about some respiratory issues, they did me a step better and first installed a UV system to kill all bacteria, molds, viruses, and lessen dust mite and animal dander, then to follow up with the cleaning. Let me tell you: The air in my home has never been SO CLEAN! It’s amazing! If it weren’t for them actually listening to me, I might have gotten only a clean system. But now I have clean healthy air too! I am now switching my service contract to them and look forward to better health. Everyone needs this UV system! Call them now and ask about it!! Thank you thank you thank you!”

“I have used lohnes probably 12 years. In todays times when people r flakey, don’t care etc Not Lohnes. Always great customer service and does everything as if it was for himself. The best and no one else will work on my heat and air.”

“This company has done work for me and many of my customers. They are good people and incredibly quick, reasonable, educational, and honest. It is always a pleasure to work with them.”

“We’ve been using Lohnes for more than a decade in multiple homes. You will not find a better company or people to work with. Brandon & his staff are professional, knowledgeable, on-time, efficient, and most importantly-HONEST. I can’t tell you how many times they’ve saved the day servicing our old AC units. This week it was finally time to replace the heating and ac units in our current home. Once again, Brandon & his crew saved the day. They went into the attic for the first time in this house and found that none of our duct work had been done to code. They quickly pivoted, replaced the duct work (with excellence), and finished the job of installing our new units-all within one day. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATIONS possible! We love Lohnes. Family owned, local, and the best kind of people!”
