Would have been shorter had WE not had scheduling conflicts! In addition to replacing our system they also brought our entire system up to code. We are pleased to know that everything is up to current standards! Process was thoughtful, thorough, and completely transparent. Customer service that you don't see much anymore is evidently one of the core building blocks of SubZero.
