Action Heating & Cooling LLC

Action Heating & Cooling LLC runs as a family owned HVAC business right in Siloam Springs, Texas. They serve homeowners throughout the Siloam Springs area and extend their reach to nearby communities in the region. The focus stays on air conditioning and heating comfort with installation work, round the clock emergency calls, and regular maintenance visits. Years of practical experience in the field let them tackle the kinds of problems that come up in Texas homes where summers hit hard and winters still require reliable heat. This setup keeps things moving for local families who count on steady performance from their systems.

Technicians install complete new heating and cooling units for homes that need upgrades or replacements after years of wear. They answer 24 hour emergency calls to restore function fast when units quit during peak summer heat or sudden cold spells. Maintenance work covers filter changes, coil cleaning, and electrical checks that stop small faults from turning into costly breakdowns. Around Siloam Springs the crew often faces heavy dust loads and humidity that clog airflow, so they focus on thorough tune ups and duct inspections to hold down energy use. Homeowners also get straightforward help with thermostat swaps and full system checks that identify issues like low refrigerant or failing motors without extra trips.

Customers keep coming back because the crew shows up quickly on service calls and explains repairs in plain terms before starting work. “Action was professional and to the point about what I needed to replace my old HVAC system. They gave options and guided me to the best choice free from hard sale tactics. Highly recommend!!!”

“David and team from Action Heating and Cooling have managed our home heating and cooling repairs and maintenance for 3 years since we purchased our home. Reliable, quick, honest and cheerful service!”

“Got me scheduled and repaired quickly! Thanks again for accommodating me with my drive from Kansas City to my rental property down in Fayetteville.”

“If I could give them a million stars I would. Great guys! We needed a second opinion since our HVAC was not working at all. We were told we needed to replace it. We have a home warranty through 2-10 and just decided to get a second opinion. These two guys were super professional and literally figured out the things that were wrong fast and efficient. They fixed the leak on my air and fixed the heat. They reinstalled my nest thermostat correctly and got the air pumping so amazing that rooms that seemed to never have air are finally getting air!!!!! I would 100% recommended this company and these two guys. They have the knowledge to fix the problem and they get it done with honesty!!!!! I am one happy customer!!!!!!!!!!”

“Left us waiting on someone to contact us for two weeks and we lost a beloved house pet. Absolutely do not recommend these people and I am horrified by their INaction and lack of quality customer service.”

“Absolutely horrible company that I will never recommend to anyone. Tells you one thing while telling their company something else. Waits multiple weeks to tell you they’ve decided not to help you after all. Will leave you in a lurch with no help and no remorse. Do Not Recommend.”

“They called and came by the same day! Justin did a great job on our heat pump air handler. Both he and Tony were very professional. I have been wondering about which HVAC company to use since moving to the area last year. Just found them!”

“A family owned business that is responsive and prices its services fairly. I’ve worked with Tony and the crew since 2016 on my personal residence and several rentals.”

“This company is so freaking amazing. They return phone calls, they show up when they say they will and they find the problem and always have a solution. If you need a/c or heater service you just can't go wrong with these folks.”

“We have used Action for many years and still get wonderful service! Highly recommend!”
