All Weather Tex
HVAC Contractor · Spring, TX
About
All Weather Tex works out of Dallas, Texas as a straight HVAC outfit that keeps homes comfortable through the long hot summers and sudden cold snaps that hit the area every year. Dallas weather puts heavy loads on air conditioners and furnaces, so the crew stays ready for repair calls, full replacements, and routine maintenance that prevents breakdowns when temperatures spike or drop fast. They cover the usual range of residential jobs plus the occasional commercial system, always showing up with the tools and parts needed to get units back online without dragging things out.
Customers call them in after storms knock out equipment, like when a red oak tree pancaked an air conditioner during hurricane Beryl or a pine tree took down power and gas lines along with burying cars under debris. Glenn and Brett handled one tornado-damaged home by boarding it up fast, clearing wreckage, and restoring the place to normal. Shay and Brett guided another homeowner through an insurance claim after similar tree damage, replacing the roof section and air conditioner while coordinating subs for electrical and plumbing work. They also tackle standard AC repairs, furnace fixes, and duct jobs that keep systems moving air properly in the Texas heat.
Homeowners keep coming back because the techs show up on time, explain options clearly, and finish without overcharging or leaving messes behind. Reviews mention solid communication during stressful insurance processes, honest advice on what actually needs fixing, and quality results that hold up once the job is done. Speed matters after weather events, and they deliver without cutting corners on the install or repair itself. DIRT Score 4.54 from 32 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“The company is amazing. Our home was damaged by a tornado. The house was boarded up quickly, and the debris removed from my cars. Glenn and Brett were a pleasure to work with. The house looks great and is back to normal. I highly recommend.”
“Recommeded to us by our Nationwide insurance agent after hurricane Beryl, they replaced our roof over the garage and our air conditioner that had been pancaked by a large red oak on its way down. They served as general contractor and had fantastic subs for plumbing, electrical and bricklaying that had to be done to get us back on line. Their sales guy Shae was always available and coordinated everything seamlessly. I've used them on several projects since, including installing new exterior doors and a whole house Generac generator.”
“I watched as a huge pine tree crashed across my garage during Beryl. It severed the electrical and natural gas into my home and buried both my cars under the rubble. Somehow, thankfully, I was put in touch with Bret and Glen with All Weather Companies. They immediately understood my predicament and responded quickly. Short story: my garage was completely rebuilt better than it was before, and my utilities were restored exactly one month after the destruction. That’s unheard of in the midst of widespread hurricane damage in this region. I have only good things to say about Bret Burling and Glen Moore of All Weather Companies.”
“Shay and Brett did an amazing job and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. They had my back during a very turbulent time after a hurricane. They guided me through the process of the insurance claim. Throughout the process they were very honest and knowledgeable, which helped restore the house to its condition before the storm damage. I truly appreciate their handwork and customer service. The crews were extremely precise and skilled in their trades. Thanks AllWeather Companies. I wish you all much success.”
“Highly recommend. We used AllWeather after Hurricane Beryl. THE first contractor the insurance company sent was a no show. We were then given the name of AllWeather and within 2 hours of calling Shea was at our house. Shea and his team were all very professional, they cleaned their work site each day and did quality work. One of our brick pillars had to be repaired and new brick needed to be used. Our house is 24 years old so exact color couldn't be found. The brick mason did an excellent job of mixing old and new brick so it is not noticeable. We have since used AllWeather for additional work.”
