“i purchased the gold hvac warranty plan some time ago, and even though i do not need service very often, the response is always fast when i call. recently i woke up and found my home much colder than normal because the heating system was not working right. i called for service, and jerry arrived within a couple of hours to inspect the unit. jerry explained that my system was relying on the auxiliary heater and that several wires and components were worn and needed attention. he did everything he could to restore heat safely and keep the system operating as well as possible until the correct replacement part could be installed. since the part had to be ordered, charles from the office worked hard with suppliers to find it as quickly as possible. in the meantime, i used a portable heater for extra comfort, and the new heating part was installed shortly after. now my home is warm again, the hvac system is running much better, and i was able to comfortably have family over. the warranty coverage has been well worth the cost, and i truly appreciate the responsive service, clear communication, and professional heating repair support.”
