“No complaints with the staff. They’re very friendly and informative. Clinic is nice and well kept. My issue is with billing. Prior to my appointment, I was provided with an estimate (not expecting insurance to cover anything due to not meeting my deductible) of $800 out of pocket. Imagine my surprise when I receive a bill for double that amount. Going in, we already knew my insurance wouldn’t cover the costs, but I was still quoted $800 as the most that I would have to pay on my end for the studies completed that day. Not once was I notified that there was a change in the price. I’ve been trying to contact the office for the last 3 months to get some clarification on the bill but reaching administrative personnel has been a nightmare. I see that I’m not the only one because there is a recent review of a patient also experiencing the same issue. More recently, I tried to call and was placed on a 30+ minute hold and was still not able to speak to someone about the bill. It’s been a frustrating experience because I do not want to get sent to collections, however I don’t feel comfortable paying the bill in full until I get more clarification on why there was such a discrepancy on my estimated cost.”
