“Mr. Silva was hired to Remove old exhaust fans and to install of new fans at my residence. He did not connect the exhaust pipes to the vents. He did not use proper connectors and either just shoved the smaller pipes inside the larger ones, instead of using reducers or just left them in the attic. His work is so bad that even an am mature would scoff at it. This is not poor workmanship, this is willful negligence.”
