That afternoon, we had the pleasure of working with the technician Q. He is friendly, fast, and knowledgeable about all things AC. He had us fixed up within an hour of arriving and my home was already cooled off when he left. Overall Air Simplicity has some of the best employees and have pretty competitive pricing as well.”
