“My HVAC system was replaced last summer at a reasonable cost, and it worked fine. Recently a gas leak developed. I've tried to call; I've tried to email; I even left a message on Facebook. I get no response. The emails bounce, and voice mailbox is full. I'm writing a bad review in hopes that someone will contact me. If I can just get a response I will gladly fix this review. I wonder if they were hit by a deportation crises. If so, it was a sad loss to the community.”

“Fantastic experience! Our a/c died on a Thursday night. On a recommendation from a builder (and parent at our school), I called Advantage Air. Leroy and Nicole were great to work with. Nicole had set us up with an appointment for the following Monday morning. Not the best news, but it's late April and not quite HOT, so we'd survive. A few minutes later, she called me back and said she called her techs...Mike could come out Friday afternoon. Perfect! He was very professional and thorough. He checked our second unit and they were both low on freon, so he topped them off. I would definitely call them again when needed.”
