We had new piping and drains put underneath the house, along with a new hot water heater. He found old piping that came from underneath the house to the drain plug that he also replaced while he was there, thus ensuring that we would not have any additional problems with leakage in that area. He also put in our new vanity in the bathroom, as the old sink was leaking.
