“The installation went fine. However, Zak stepped on a light in the attic and caused the light to push down from the ceiling, caused 2 cracks in my ceiling and drilled 3 holes in the ceiling while installing the return. He also dropped a piece of the old unit as he was taking it out and left a gouge in my floor. (We just got finished with a remodel a few months ago.) I was told that these things would be repaired but so far it hasn’t been done. Haven’t even had a follow-up call from the company. Very aggravating considering the price of the unit we purchased.”

He was empathetic and knowledgeable about what needed done. I was happy to know he'd be coming back to complete the repair and also a routine cleaning of our coils and blower motor, which were dirty due to dog hair and everyday dirt.
