When we noticed it wasn't fixed I notified him and he came right back out as soon as he was available, isolated the issue and fixed it. Previously I had Armor Heating & Air come out and they swapped the capacitor out but the one they put in was extremely damaged and that was 2 months before my service call with Brinker. I had an extra capacitor for my A/C unit in the garage and Dylan replaced the damaged one with the one I had without hesitating and without adding any extra charge.
