TOP HAT CHIMNEY AND ROOFING, INC-U

Top Hat Chimney And Roofing, Inc-U works out of Springdale, TX on HVAC jobs for homes in the area. Texas summers bring intense heat and humidity that push cooling systems hard and cause frequent breakdowns in older equipment. Homeowners here face issues like failing compressors or clogged filters that turn indoor spaces uncomfortable fast. The company handles these demands by focusing on straightforward HVAC work that matches the local climate and housing stock. They show up ready to address what the weather throws at units without unnecessary extras or delays that leave families sweating through peak months.

They take on full HVAC services including new system installs in homes that need better efficiency against rising temperatures, repairs on leaking lines or faulty thermostats, and routine maintenance to clear coils and check refrigerant levels before problems escalate. Crews respond to calls about uneven cooling in certain rooms or units that short cycle during the day. In Springdale, TX they deal with ductwork adjustments in attics where heat builds up and causes extra wear. Jobs often involve replacing worn parts on systems that have run nonstop through long summers or fixing setups after storms knock out power and stress components. This keeps airflow steady and energy use in check for properties built in varying styles across the city.

Customers consistently note quick arrivals for urgent fixes when the heat spikes and solid workmanship that holds up without repeat visits. They mention fair costs that avoid surprises and clear updates throughout each job so plans stay on track. These points add up across feedback on speed during peak season, reliable quality on repairs, reasonable pricing, and steady communication from start to finish. “We were very pleased with Top Hat Roofing. They did a great job replacing our roof after hail damage, and they arranged subcontractors to replace rain gutters and repair other hail damage. Matt was on top of all aspects of the repairs, always keeping me informed and setting expectations. Overall, we couldn’t be happier than our experience with this company. Highly recommended!”

“Elijah came out to inspect our chimney and possibly clean it. He was absolutely top notch! He was so polite and professional. I asked if I could be a part of the inspection so I could know what I’m dealing with as this chimney is over 100 years old. He showed me everything and taught me so much. He was very honest and let me know it doesn’t need a cleaning, but he would get me an estimate for a flu and cap. He gets a 10 star rating from me!! He’s drawing up an estimate, so at this point I can’t speak into the work yet, but I have no doubt it will be quality.”

“This is our third year using Top Hat for care of our chimney. I am consistently impressed with their level of knowledge and their quality of customer service. Elijah in particular has always gone out of his way to educate us and to help us care for our wood-burning stove and chimney. Highly recommend them.”

“Top Hat Chimney did a super job …. The technician was professional and did an excellent job of cleaning the chimney and removing soot and even wiping the glass screen on the front of the fireplace. Thanks so much for the excellent job and we’ll see you next year!”

“Absolutely the best. After a full inspection the young man who inspected it showed me pictures taken down my chimney from the roof. He explained that it didn't need cleaning and didn't even charge me for the inspection. An amazing experience! Very honest company and will use them EVERYTIME!!”

“Top tier contractor. Evident by how long they have been in business. Exceptional experience, and in my case made the impossible happen. Ran a flue from my basement to the roof - about 50 feet to help me get rid of old ventless fireplace. Second time I hired them. See that review too. Second time I’ve been more than pleased.”
