TRINITY AIR CONDITIONING AND REFRIGERATION LLC

Trinity Air Conditioning and Refrigeration LLC works out of Springdale and takes on HVAC jobs for houses across the region. They handle the air conditioning and heating needs that come with Arkansas weather patterns where summers turn hot and sticky fast while winters bring enough cold to test older systems. The outfit covers Springdale along with Lowell, Rogers, Tontitown, Johnson, and Elm Springs so local homeowners do not have to chase different crews for basic repairs or full replacements. Their focus stays on practical fixes that keep indoor temperatures steady without dragging out the process or adding extra layers of cost.

They perform HVAC installation for new equipment when old units wear out, air conditioning repair for problems like weak airflow or complete shutdowns during peak heat, and heating service to restore warmth when furnaces or heat pumps fail. Emergency calls run around the clock so residents get help outside regular hours when a system quits without warning. A standard discount applies to service visits and technicians handle residential properties by checking refrigerant levels, replacing faulty parts, and running tests to confirm everything operates correctly afterward. These steps address common breakdowns that hit hard in the local climate and keep systems from failing again soon after the first visit.

Customers keep coming back because the crews move quickly on requests, deliver repairs that hold up through the seasons, charge amounts that match the work done, and explain each step without confusion. That pattern shows up across jobs where cooling or heating must return fast to avoid discomfort in extreme weather. The record reflects steady results on those points rather than flash or promises. “I had my HVAC system for about 28yrs and so when I got to checking around for a new unit, Trinity had the best price for the system I needed!! And the service guys were very polite and professional. They were very knowledgeable about what they were doing and it made me feel good that I made the right choice for them to do the job!! They were really nice and friendly to talk with while they were working!. Coyde and Mason did a great job!! Thanks to Chris and Conrad too!”

“Mason was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Kept us informed on his progress and explained the issues with our AC. He worked quickly and made sure everything was operational. Highly recommend!”

“We had a new unit installed today by Trinity Air Conditioning, and it was a really great experience. Conrad and Kade did an amazing job. They were kind, easy to talk to, and clearly very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what they were doing and made sure we understood everything along the way. They worked efficiently, were respectful of our home, and left everything clean and running perfectly before they finished. You can tell they genuinely care about doing the job right and making sure customers feel comfortable and taken care of. We’re very happy with the whole experience and would absolutely recommend Trinity Air Conditioning. Thank you, Conrad and Kade, for taking good care of us!”

“Update: A week later one of our thermostats stopped working and AC stopped so I called Trinity. Derrick came right out & checked it out, turns out it was a plugged drain. He cleared it out & didn’t charge us anything! I called Trinity at 9:40 to get an appointment because our air conditioner wasn’t cooling expecting to have to wait a couple of days but Michael was on his way by 10:40 and figured it out right away. He was very kind and respectful and worked on it a few hours in the heat, had the parts on his truck & had it going right away! Thank you Trinity and Michael!”

“Conrad came out and assessed the issues with my relatively new system (4 years old installed by another company). We had several issues that he was able to diagnose and replace the parts under warranty. After completion, he checked in with me after hours and followed up the next few days to ensure everything was working properly. Top tier customer service and stood behind his word, which is hard to find in HVAC services these days. We will be using Trinity moving forward and would recommend them to my friends and family.”

“They are the most knowledgeable, most reliable and most reasonably priced HVAC company that I have ever used. Conrad is amazing and will come out day or night and do whatever it takes to get the job done. I would give them more stars if I could.”

“Cayde and Conrad did an amazing job!! They were very professional. They changed out our HVAC System and we had air that day! We our very pleased with there work. We highly recommend them!”

“Called on Monday and the tech, Conrad, was here at noon on Tuesday. We are almost 50 miles away so most A/C calls were met with, "That's too far". Five stars on all counts. Polite, knowledgeable staff from the phone call through the service call. The necessary parts were on the truck and he had us up and running within the hour. Trinity Air Conditioning and Refrigeration is absolutely 100% top-notch. A lucky find! Period.”

“Checked and got the 4 units for the church sanctuary cooling properly in less than an hour. Technician was efficient and able to find and correct problems that kept the units from cooling properly.”
