Victory Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.

Victory Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. works out of Springdale, Texas and handles HVAC needs for homes across the region. They take on the full range of heating and cooling tasks that come with Texas weather, where summers push systems hard and winters still require reliable heat. The crew handles installs, repairs, and maintenance on both older units and newer setups, dealing with the dust, humidity, and heavy use that local houses see year after year. Homeowners here face frequent breakdowns when equipment runs nonstop through the peak heat, and this outfit focuses on getting those jobs done right the first time without extra trips back.

They install and repair air conditioners, put in heaters and heat pumps, handle duct repair or full replacement, and work on ductless systems plus tune-ups for both cooling and heating equipment. Common calls involve frozen coils from nonstop summer runs, worn compressors, or ducts that leak air and drive up bills. Technicians also set up smart thermostats and improve indoor air quality when pollen or dust builds up in the vents. In Springdale the heat can knock out units fast, so they respond to emergency service needs and get parts swapped or systems recharged before the house turns into an oven.

Homeowners count on quick arrivals when the temperature spikes, repairs that hold up without repeat visits, prices that stay straightforward, and clear explanations of what broke and why. Those habits show up across the work they do in this climate where HVAC problems hit often and hard. DIRT Score 4.83 from 88 reviews on Finds.

“Ryan was very professional, efficient and a straight shooter. Made the call for our ac Friday afternoon, and he had the part and unit fixed by Monday (wait time was getting the part from the manufacturer). He was very knowledgeable and willing to explain and work through the options with us. Everything is working well now and it makes a big difference. Highly recommend this company! A++”

“They did an awesome job redoing all of my duct work. It was in rough shape and they worked fast and cleaned everything up well. They even helped me figure out my new smart thermostat that I was having trouble getting to work. Would definitely recommend!”

“I called Ryan at Victory heating and Air for a quote on a new unit. He responded quick and was at my house that same night. After talking with him for a while. He answered all of my questions and made me feel confident in the unit I was choosing. The install was perfect and everything went smoothly. My new unit is working great. “Short version: If you need HVAC work done meticulously and at a reasonable price, look no further! You won't find a better all-around HVAC company than Victory. Long version: I can't say enough about the level of professionalism and quality that Ryan brought to replacing our old HVAC system. His pricing was extremely reasonable, and he went above and beyond at every step to make sure we had all the information and options to choose the best system for our home and budget. He made numerous calls to track down the exact model we wanted and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Ryan is incredibly knowledgeable and detail-oriented, and he took the time to ensure we understood everything involved. Our installation ended up being a bit unusual and more complicated than expected, but ”

“Ryan with Victory Heating and Air was so prompt, responsive, and professional. In addition to fixing the HVAC issues in an older house we recently purchased, he gave us very honest advice so that we didn’t spend unnecessarily. It’s nice to work with someone who calls when they say they will, shows up on time, follows up, and can be trusted not to charge for services you don’t need. We will definitely use Victory Heating and Air for any future HVAC or dehumidifier needs and would highly recommend.”

“Best HVAC company I've ever used. Ryan was great. Very knowledgeable and gave me a heck of a deal. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for AC repair or installation. He kept my old AC going for as long as he could to get me through last summer and bought me enough time to get my finances in order to replace it. I also just had him completely replace my whole heating and AC system with all new ducting. It works amazing, and it's super energy efficient. I still ended up getting a few other quotes, and his prices were way better than the other guys, plus the permits we included in the quote. I am very happy and ready for Arkansas summer.”

“I highly recommend his service. When i called to schedule, Ryan was close and available. I must say I was impressed with how quickly he was able to use his tech to assess my a/c. After fixing the problem, he concisely explained it. Absolutely great service.”

“Amazing service with the top notch team. Professional, Quick, Courteous. I will definitely use them going forward!”
