“Called about a Hot water heater replacement and was told that it would be $1175 plus labor costs figuring the time would be about 3-4 hours. Had the appointment booked and all of a sudden this morning I was told oh you would be charged for the time for the tech to drive out to you and back, which I was not told when I scheduled the appointment. Needless to say I was not happy they did not tell me this before I scheduled. Canceled appointment and I am now going through somebody else.”
