“SHA’s crew are the most respectful guys around! Had a fairly new gas heater stop working and the repairs still didn’t get it fixed so David replaced the whole unit with a new one. Brad and Graham were so professional and friendly. Like that these guys are in shape and look the part too. Very clean appearance, truck and leave no mess behind. You don’t see that often anymore. Awesome company that takes care of their customers!”

“Stephenville Heat & Air has amazing people! They are so quick to get to your house for repairs & have very reasonable prices! They gentlemen that have come to my home have been absolutely wonderful! They are super respectful, kind and go out of their way to be helpful! I very much love that you can text the company anytime to ask questions or schedule repairs! We have a home warranty on our house and we would rather pay this company to come do repairs then call our home warranty! The guys are so helpful and sweet! This company is wonderful! “I rarely write reviews ... We were recommended Stephenville Heat and Air by a friend and they did not disappoint. They showed up exactly when they said they would (even communicated when they were coming), gave us an estimate the same day, and even came back over and installed complementary window units until our new system arrived. Everyone we've worked with has been professional in dress, timeliness, and manner. They are BY FAR the best service company we have ever used.”

“When most companies are thinking about closing down for the day, these guys were more than happy to come fix our AC. In fact, I was prepared to have to wait until the next day to get anyone out. The repair man that came out was very honest that he was not 100% sure the AC was completely fixed but he would be more than happy to come out again at no charge if we continued to have problems. Sure enough, he was right. When I called to let them know I needed to be put on the list for the next day, they offered to come out that night (after business hours) to work on the AC. When they returned, the repair man was again very honest that there was still a chance that one other part could be the issue. However, they would rather make another trip out than charge me for a part that might not be broken. What? Did I hear this correctly? You would rather charge me less and drive out again (24 miles round trip)? This company could have very well replaced a part that might not have been broken to insure they wouldn’t have to make another trip out and in doing so they could have made more money. I would have never known the difference. Instead, they were honest and incurred more business expenses without charging the customer. What and honorable company! I’m very impressed!”

“Brad and Graham were very professional and courteous. The company sacrificed profits for satisfaction while encountering a crazy circuit board. We were provided 3 window units for the weekend while waiting on a coil order. They kept us informed of timing and apologized for any inconvenience. Our home was treated with respect. All around good guys. This type of service is almost unheard of today. Thank you SHA. Great experience for the third time now.”
