About

Ambassador Mechanical Services handles commercial HVAC work from their base in Sugar Land, Texas. The company takes on mechanical projects for businesses and properties that need reliable heating and cooling systems to handle the local climate demands. Their focus stays on commercial setups where large equipment must run without interruption, and they address the day to day needs of keeping air flow and temperature control steady across different facilities. Homeowners and property managers in the region often face heavy use on units during summer months, so this type of trade sees steady calls for upkeep on bigger installations that smaller residential crews might not tackle.

They perform routine maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment along with repairs when systems break down from constant operation or weather stress. Crews show up in company trucks to handle jobs that involve checking ductwork, fixing mechanical components, and restoring operation in warehouses or office buildings. Customers have noted the trucks moving along routes like Pembina Hwy at high speeds, weaving through traffic, or cutting off other drivers during rush periods, sometimes leading to confrontations at construction zones. These service calls require quick travel between sites, but the way vehicles are operated on the road has drawn direct attention in feedback about passing at eighty kilometers per hour or sudden stops without signals.

Customers have pointed out repeated problems with how drivers handle company vehicles on highways, including reckless maneuvers and unsafe behavior that creates real hazards at high speeds. Reviews mention incidents of cutting off cars, aggressive actions in morning traffic, and a lack of basic road courtesy that stands out when the trucks carry the company name. This pattern across multiple accounts affects the overall rating on speed and communication during operations. DIRT Score 2.91 from 26 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

I was just driving up Pembina hwy, the Guy in This truck is driving recklessly. He cut me off then gave me the finger. Should teach your drivers to do better when in a Company Truck.

Maniac drivers that work there are going to kill someone. I can’t believe that someone driving a company vehicle would drive in such a manner. I was passed on Pembina hwy by an Ambassador Mechanical truck going 80kmph weaving in and out of traffic. Unreal. Zero stars. I would never deal with the company nor recommend them to anyone. This appears to be a theme with most of the comments- crazy rude drivers. Nice representation of a company. Update: 1:15PM March 27 2026- just passed on McGillivrey Blvd by an Ambassador Mechanical van going at least 90km-h in the 80km-h zone. The speed dropped to 70km-h and they continued at 90km-h. Licence number CFZ 709. This company obviously has zero interest in promoting safe driving with their employees.

I witnessed an Ambassador Mechanical Van cut off someone and break check them in the middle of morning rush hour through a construction zone. The driver then got out of the van and yelled at the driver he cut off using racist language. Truly unacceptable behavior.

Unsafe driver on the highway. It is very dangerous to cut people off at any time on the road without signaling. Especially when it comes to high speeds. Your company clearly has an issue with this.

Driving home northbound Henderson hwy in rush hour, driver in work van was terrible, cutting in and out of traffic, no signals, cutting people off, tailing gating, drove up onto a curb and speeding. Worst representation of a company through a work vehicle I’ve ever seen.
